- Custom RX lenses can take up to 20-30 business days to make.
- Shipping delivery estimates at checkout do not reflect the processing time of our RX lenses. Please disregard these estimates.
- RX lenses can be slightly different in color compared to their non-RX counterparts due to the custom-made nature of each person's prescription.
RX Return Policy
- If a custom prescription is processed incorrectly, we will remake the lenses free of charge.
- We do NOT accept returns for custom made RX products once they have been processed.
- If you are unsure about the fit of the glasses, we advise that you try the plano (non-prescription) version of this pair, which returnable for free without a fee, before purchasing a prescription pair.

FAQ
How Long Does it Take to Make Prescription Lenses?
Please allow for up to 20-30 business days for your prescription lenses to be completed. Our lens technicians use this time to make sure every step of the process is done with the highest quality so that you receive exactly what you need.
Do you accept HSA/FSA cards?
We do not currently accept HSA/FSA cards, but we can issue an invoice upon request to submit to your HSA/FSA account for reimbursement.
Are the lenses polarized or non-polarized?
Our court lenses are not polarized, as polarized lenses block horizontal glare - while this is useful for everyday wear, it can have a negative effect on your depth perception on the court. When are trying to track the ball, a polarized lens will be an impediment. All of our lenses are 100% UV400 protective.
How do I clean my eyewear?
Hand wash with mild soap and water or eyewear-specific cleaning wipes. Buff with a clean microfiber cloth.

I received my new RIA sunglasses for golf in June 2025. I find them to be of very high quality with Zeiss lenses, and the mirrored front that helps block the sun. I was wearing progressive lenses and these are a marked improvement. They are not progressives, but do provide good vision for seeing the ball past my former 100 yard limit. I was struck by the larger lens, which is really nice for providing more coverage and protection of my eyes as well as better visibility out of the corner of my eyes. Even on a cloudy day with some rain they were bright enough to see clearly. Green reading is enhanced with these ion my mind as I can see more of the undulations in the greens. Meredith who helped me place my order was very patient when I made a mistake putting in the prescription, and very quick to respond to ask further questions and make sure I got what I wanted. She was very nice. I received the glasses within a good time frame, a couple of weeks, and have been playing since June 20th with them. The frames are also high quality and do not slip down my nose or move when I hit the ball. I will order new lenses when I get a new prescription. Overall, 5 stars for a great product and great service. Thanks.
