Shipping policy
HOLIDAY 2025 SHIPPING CUTOFFS FOR CHRISTMAS DELIVERY*
- December 15: Free Standard Shipping
- December 19: Express 2-Day Shipping
- December 22: Express Overnight Shipping
If the cutoff date has passed, we cannot guarantee* delivery before Christmas.
*Guarantee is contingent on carrier performance; RIA Eyewear is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

**Please note that once a package has been picked up by the shipping carrier, we cannot adjust the service, intercept the package, or control when it arrives.**
U.S. Shipping
RIA customers in the U.S. are eligible for free standard USPS shipping on orders over $100. Please allow 1 business day for order processing. Once your order has shipped, it will generally be delivered within 4-6 business days (USPS does not guarantee delivery times).
All shipments are sent from San Diego, California. Orders ship between Monday and Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Other shipping options at checkout:
- UPS Ground: An estimated delivery date will show at checkout, but this is not a guaranteed delivery date.
- FedEx 2Day: Orders placed by 3 PM EST will be processed the same day and generally will arrive two days later. Orders placed after 3 PM EST will generally arrive 3 days later. Please note that as of 2024, FedEx has stopped guaranteeing delivery dates for this service.
- FedEx Standard Overnight: Orders placed by 3 PM EST will be processed the same day and arrive the next day. Orders placed after 3 PM EST will arrive 2 days later.
Expedited shipping charges for orders that are delayed due to the delivery service provider are not eligible for reimbursement by RIA.
International Shipping
We are currently only offering international shipping to Canada. All shipping, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout. Please note that all international shipping, taxes/VAT, duties, and customs fees are non-refundable and will not be refunded if the product is returned to us.
