We want you to test your new eyewear and make sure it is for you, so our return and exchange policy lasts up to 30 days. However, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be returned in the original packaging with all of the accessories included.

To return your product, please use our Returns Portal to obtain a pre-paid USPS return label. After you have received your return label, please box up the eyewear, print and attach the label, and drop it at a USPS location).

1. To exchange for a different style, you need to return your original purchase and create a new order. This way, you get your new pair as fast as possible.

3. Once your product has been received at our fulfillment center, we will immediately issue a refund upon inspection for any damage.

4. Proceed with the instructions to finish the exchange process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive a confirmation email, but the credit may take 3-5 business days to post to your credit card account.

We accept returns for international orders within 30 days of order delivery. We do not cover the cost of return labels for international orders. Please email us at team@riaeyewear.com for return address instructions should you need to return an international order. All taxes/VAT, duties, and customs fees are non-refundable and will not be refunded when the product is returned to us.
