Warranty Policy and Claims

RIA provides a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. During the term of this warranty, RIA will replace any current style which is deemed by RIA to possess a manufacturing defect. Scratched lenses or other wear and tear as a result of normal use are not covered by this warranty. For warranty service, please submit a claim below.

Thank you for submitting your warranty claim. A team member will respond as soon as possible with a resolution. We recommend that you add team@riaeyewear.com to your email address book to avoid missing our reply or having it end up in your junk folder.

^Please doublecheck that your email address is entered correctly and, if possible, that it is the same address that you originally ordered with. If the address is mispelled we will not be able to contact you.

In the case that your warranty claim is accepted, please provide the shipping address that you would like your replacement item shipped to.
