Please make sure to attach a copy of your prescription in PDF, PNG, or JPG format and include your pupillary distance (PD). We need all of this information in order to evalaute your eligilibilty for prescription. Once we receive your information, we will respond via email with the frames that your prescription is eligible for.

Vantage [Court HD+]
We offer single vision RX only for our Vantage frame - we do not offer progressive or bi-focal prescriptions at this time. Due to the high-wrap design of Vantage, we can only accommodate a small range of prescription requests.
The price for Vantage [Court HD+] RX is $349.
Reflex - All Lens Options
We offer single vision RX only for our Reflex frame - we do not offer progressive or bi-focal prescriptions at this time. Due to the high-wrap design of Reflex, we can only accommodate a small range of prescription requests.
We can do prescription in all of our Reflex lens options - Court HD+, Hybrid Orange HD+, and Clear HD+. The price ranges from $299 to $349.
Forte [Court HD+]
We offer single vision and progressive RX in our Forte frame. This frame offers the highest range of prescription capabilities due to its flatter base curve compared to Vantage and Reflex.
The price for Forte [Court HD+] RX is $339.
