Expedited/other shipping options available for purchase at checkout:

- FedEx 2Day: Orders placed by 3 PM EST will be processed the same day and generally will arrive two days later. Orders placed after 3 PM EST will generally arrive 3 days later.
- FedEx Standard Overnight: Orders placed by 3 PM EST will be processed the same day and arrive the next day. Orders placed after 3 PM EST will arrive 2 days later.
Expedited shipping charges for orders that are delayed due to delivery service providers are not eligible for reimbursement by RIA. Please note that once the shipping carrier has picked up a package, we cannot adjust the service, intercept the package, or control when it arrives.
International Shipping
We are currently only offering international shipping to Canada. All shipping, duties, and taxes are calculated at checkout. Please note that all international shipping, taxes/VAT, duties, and customs fees are non-refundable and will not be refunded if the product is returned to us.

All Reflex replacements come with a keytool to make the replacement. Make sure you do not throw away the lens packaging before securing the keytool!
FAQ
Are the lenses polarized or non-polarized?
Our racquet-sport lenses are not polarized as polarized lenses block horizontal glare - while this is useful for everyday wear, it can have a negative effect on your depth perception on the court. When you need to see the ball clearly to time your swing, a polarized lens will be an impediment. Regardless, all of our lenses are still 100% UVA/B protective.
I want to try these on, where can I do that?

With paddles getting more and more powerful, we need to protect our eyes. I've seen too many people get hit in the eye and nose. Protective eyewear should be mandatory on the courts! At first, I was a bit distracted by the frame but after about 15 minutes, I didn't even notice it and I love the sharpness of the lenses in low light. I'm ready to purchase the indoor and sunny condition lenses as well. I won't ever go without these on the courts again!

Never wanted to wear protective eye wear indoors but after being hit in the face (again) I bought the Reflex to try and I’m so glad I did. They are extremely comfortable, really do cut the glare from fluorescent lighting, but most importantly, give me the confidence to play aggressively. Improved sight has resulted in improved reaction time and ultimately, improved play. If you are serious about your safety and improving your play, run don’t walk to get yourself a pair of these! Worth every penny.

I really like the glasses for the clarity and protection it provides. The lightness and quality of the glasses is great too. The only complaint I have is that the nose piece is not adjustable. But the fit is just ok for my face shape.
