What's the difference between Synergy and Model One?

Model One is RIA's original shield — a semi-rimless, spherical 7 base frame that set the standard. Synergy is its direct evolution, moving to a fully rimless, cylindrical 6 base with a larger 57mm lens height for an extended field of view. The lower wrap of a cylindrical shield also produces less optical distortion for a cleaner view. And despite the added lens height, Synergy stays at the same superlight 28g — made possible by removing the top bar of the frame.

What makes Synergy different from traditional sunglasses?

Synergy [Court HD+] combines ZEISS Court HD+ lens technology with a rimless sports shield design to enhance court-specific contrast, reduce glare, and provide an expanded field of view for tracking the ball during fast-paced play.

Great pair for outdoor tennis
I’ve tried many different sunglasses, including polarized ones, for outdoor tennis during the day. Since I got the Synergy, it has become the pair I wear most of the time.
They’re lightweight, have just the right amount of tint to block the sun without making everything too dark, and the design looks great. I always get compliments when I wear them!
For any active outdoor tennis player, I highly recommend the Synergy.

I can finally wear Sunglasses on the court
No kidding, after playing tennis and trying many different glasses from Ray-Ban, Maui Jim, and Federer's from Oliver Peoples, etc., for over 50 years, I can finally play tennis with a pair of Sunglasses without them fogging up during the match. I saw the ad on Facebook, and since it offers a 30-day free return policy, I went ahead and gave them a swirl. Surprisingly, I am happily wearing them now for my daily tennis at Ala Moana Tennis Center. Mahalo
