FAQ
Can I try a frame before ordering prescription lenses?
Yes, and we recommend it. Non-prescription orders include free shipping and free returns, so you can confirm fit before committing to custom lenses.
How long does it take to make prescription lenses?
Custom RX lenses are made to order and typically take 15–30 business days to complete. Sports and high-wrap prescriptions require additional precision and may take longer within this timeframe.
What is your return policy for prescription lenses?
Because RX lenses are custom-made, returns work a little differently from non-RX products — but you still have options.
Prescription/Lab Errors
- Prescription or lab errors are always remade at no cost.
Preference-based returns
- Includes returns for fit, style, lens color, or personal preference.
- Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery for a partial refund (less a $95 custom-lens processing fee) or full store credit.

Not sure about fit?
You can try the non-prescription version first — non-RX orders ship free and have free returns.
Can I use an HSA/FSA card?
We do not currently accept HSA/FSA cards, but we can issue an invoice upon request to submit to your HSA/FSA account for reimbursement.
Where do you make your prescription lenses?
We make all of our prescription RX lenses in California, using a custom-tinting process to provide the highest-performing RX lenses possible. RX lenses are mounted and inspected by our lab technicians before shipping out to you.
