RX vs. Non-RX Lenses
Color appearance: Because RX lenses are custom-made for each prescription, the color may appear slightly different compared to non-RX lenses. This variation is normal and part of the custom manufacturing process.
Weight and thickness: RX lenses are thicker than non-RX lenses to accommodate the prescription and typically add approximately 4–7 grams of weight.
Prescription impact: The thickness of a lens depends on your prescription. Nearsighted and farsighted prescriptions — as well as prescription strength — can affect whether thickness is more noticeable at the center or edges of the lens.
Replacements & Interchangeability
Prescription lenses require precise mounting to ensure proper fit, alignment, and optical performance.
For this reason:
Replacement lenses must be mounted in the frame at our lab
We do not sell additional lenses intended for customer self-installation
This helps prevent damage to frames or lenses and ensures the best optical results
If you need to purchase replacement lenses, our RX team will be happy to assist with an order and a lab-mounted lens replacement.
Wraparound Lens Adjustment
For some wearers, especially those new to performance prescription eyewear, there may be a brief visual adjustment period as your eyes calibrate to the new optics of highly curved wraparound prescription lenses. This is completely normal and typically resolves by easing in gradually — wear your new frames for short stretches at first, in relaxed, everyday settings, and increase your wear time over the following days as things start to feel more natural. Most wearers adapt to the new lenses within 1-2 weeks.

Custom RX lenses are made to order and typically take 15–30 business days to complete. Sports and high-wrap prescriptions require additional precision and may take longer within this timeframe.
Delivery estimates at checkout do not reflect the processing time of our RX lenses. Please disregard these estimates.
Complimentary FedEx Express shipping for all prescription orders to ensure timely and safe arrival.

Because RX lenses are custom-made, returns work a little differently from non-RX products — but you still have options.
Prescription/Lab Errors
Prescription or lab errors are always remade at no cost.
Preference-based returns
Includes returns for fit, style, lens color, or personal preference.
Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery for a partial refund (less a $95 custom-lens processing fee) or full store credit.
You can try the non-prescription version first — non-RX orders ship free and have free returns.

Tempo-single vision golf HD
I am now an owner of the titled glasses, and really like them. And I use my glasses for tennis even though they are designed for golf. The lenses happen to allow more light so I can see better due to glaucoma issues. Really received first class attention from folks at RIA.
