We want to get your RIA eyewear to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Below you'll find information about shipping rates, processing times, estimated delivery, and order tracking.
U.S. Shipping — Non-Prescription Orders
RIA ships non-prescription orders from our fulfillment center in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Standard Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders of $100 or more, based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts.
For orders below $100, standard shipping is $2.99.
Standard shipping is fulfilled through USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground Saver, depending on the shipment.
Estimated transit time: 4–7 business days after shipment.
Expedited Shipping Options
Additional shipping options are available at checkout:

UPS Ground: Estimated delivery within 3–6 business days after shipment.

FedEx 2Day: Estimated delivery within 2 business days after shipment.

FedEx Standard Overnight: Estimated delivery the next business day after shipment.
Shipping rates for these services are calculated at checkout.
All delivery timelines are estimates and do not include order processing time. Carrier delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Order Processing Times
Most non-prescription orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
For FedEx 2Day and FedEx Standard Overnight orders placed before 3 PM Eastern Time (ET) on business days, we aim to process and ship your order the same day.
Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer.
Prescription (RX) Shipping
RIA prescription eyewear is custom-made in the United States by our partner lab specializing in sports prescriptions.

Production time: Typically 15–30 business days after your approved prescription order is completed at checkout.

U.S. shipping: Complimentary FedEx Express shipping once production is complete.

Tracking: You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order ships.
Prescription production timelines are estimates and can vary. Because each pair is individually manufactured, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.

Canadian Shipping
RIA currently ships internationally to Canada.
Available shipping methods, shipping charges, and applicable duties and taxes are calculated at checkout.
Prescription orders shipped to Canada are also subject to the standard 15–30 business-day production timeline before shipment.
International transit times may vary due to carrier operations and customs processing.
Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable. Any eligibility for refunds of import duties or taxes depends on the applicable rules and how those charges were collected.

Order Tracking & Shipping Changes
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can also check your shipment's latest available status on our Track Your Order page.
Please allow time for the carrier to register its first tracking scan.
If you need to update your shipping address or request a change to your order, please contact our team as soon as possible.
We process orders quickly, so changes cannot be guaranteed. Once a shipping label has been created, we're generally unable to modify the address or shipping service.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments
Occasionally, carrier delays or delivery issues can occur.
If your shipment appears significantly delayed, is reported delivered but cannot be located, or arrives damaged, please contact our team with your order number.
We'll review the tracking information and help determine the appropriate next steps.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligible U.S. orders include free return shipping within our 30-day return window, measured from the date of delivery. Prescription eyewear has separate refund terms.
