Please note that once a package has been picked up by the shipping carrier, we cannot adjust the service, intercept the package, or control when it arrives.
U.S. Shipping for Non-Prescription Products
RIA customers in the U.S. are eligible for free standard USPS shipping on orders over $100. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Once your order has shipped, it will generally be delivered within 4-7 business days (USPS does not guarantee delivery times).
All shipments are sent from San Diego, California. Orders ship between Monday and Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Other shipping options at checkout:
- UPS Ground: An estimated delivery date will show at checkout, but this is not a guaranteed delivery date.
- FedEx 2Day: Orders placed by 3 PM EST will be processed the same day and generally will arrive two business days later. Orders placed after 3 PM EST will generally arrive 3 business days later. Please note that as of 2024, FedEx has stopped guaranteeing delivery dates for this service.
- FedEx Standard Overnight: Orders placed by 3 PM EST will be processed the same day and arrive the next day. Orders placed after 3 PM EST will arrive 2 business days later.
Expedited shipping charges for orders that are delayed due to the delivery service provider are not eligible for reimbursement by RIA.
U.S. Shipping for Prescription Eyewear
- Prescription lens production typically takes 15–30 business days. Each pair is custom-made and individually quality checked before it ships.
- All prescription orders include complimentary express shipping.
- We do not guarantee the delivery date for prescription orders due to the variable nature of the production timeline. Please reach out to our team at team@riaeyewear.com for status updates regarding your prescription order.
International Shipping
We are currently only offering international shipping to Canada. For prescription orders, please allow up to 15-30 business days for the prescription lenses to be made before your order is shipped. All shipping, duties, and taxes are calculated at checkout. Please note that all international shipping, taxes/VAT, duties, and customs fees are non-refundable and will not be refunded if the product is returned to us.
