How does the Segment Height Try-On process work?
Purchase the lens-free try-on frame you’re interested in and wear it at home. Take a clear photo straight on, with your head level and your eyes looking directly at a camera positioned at eye level. Avoid tilting your head up or down or taking the photo from above or below, as this can affect the segment height measurement.
What is segment height?
Segment height is the vertical measurement from the bottom of the frame to the center of your pupil. It is frame-specific and helps ensure your progressive lenses are positioned correctly.
Are Titanium try-on frames available?
Not currently. If you are considering a Titanium frame, please use our Digital Segment Height Measurement Tool instead.
