- Shipping delivery estimates at checkout do not reflect the processing time of our RX lenses. Please disregard these estimates.
- RX lenses can be slightly different in color compared to their non-RX counterparts due to the custom-made nature of each person's prescription.
Changing Lenses
RX Return Policy
- If a custom prescription is processed incorrectly, we will remake the lenses free of charge.
- We do NOT accept returns for custom made RX products once they have been processed.
- If you are unsure about the fit of the glasses, we advise that you try the plano (non-prescription) version of this pair, which returnable for free without a fee, before purchasing a prescription pair.

FAQ
How Long Does it Take to Make Prescription Lenses?
Please allow for up to 20-30 business days for your prescription lenses to be completed. Our lens technicians use this time to make sure every step of the process is done with the highest quality so that you receive exactly what you need.
Do you accept HSA/FSA cards?
We do not currently accept HSA/FSA cards, but we can issue an invoice upon request to submit to your HSA/FSA account for reimbursement.
Are the lenses polarized or non-polarized?
Our court lenses are not polarized, as polarized lenses block horizontal glare - while this is useful for everyday wear, it can have a negative effect on your depth perception on the court. When are trying to track the ball, a polarized lens will be an impediment. All of our lenses are 100% UV400 protective.
How do I clean my eyewear?
Hand wash with mild soap and water or eyewear-specific cleaning wipes. Buff with a clean microfiber cloth.

I’ve purchased several glasses from RIA with great results. The website and prescription/fitting/acquisition process is very efficient and thorough. Likewise, I received my glasses in about 10 days. Each time the prescription and fit was perfect. I wear mine for tennis and they are perfect. The fit is perfect, light, do not move, provide great range of vision and are easy to keep clean and clear. In my experience, the Vantage is superior to similar far more expensive frames I’ve owned over the years.
