Warranty Policy

What's covered

RIA Eyewear products are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from your purchase date.

Manufacturing defects include:

  • Broken or malfunctioning hinges
  • Frames that crack or snap under normal use
  • Lenses that pop out or don't fit securely in the frame
  • Peeling or flaking lens or frame coating
  • Defective hardware, including screws and nose pads

If your product has one of these issues and it's within one year of purchase, we'll replace it or fix it — no hassle.

What's not covered

This warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, including:

  • Scratched lenses
  • Bent or broken frames from being sat on, dropped, or mishandled
  • Fading or discoloration from sun exposure or cleaning products
  • Lost or stolen items

Scratched lenses — what to do

Lens scratches aren't covered under warranty — but that doesn't mean you're out of options. Email us at team@riaeyewear.com and we'll walk you through your replacement lens options. To prevent future scratches, store your glasses in the hard case they came with, and clean lenses with a clean microfiber cloth — avoid paper towels or clothing, which can cause micro-scratches over time.

How to submit a warranty claim

  1. Submit the form below: Include your order number and a photo of the defect.
  2. We review your claim: We'll be in touch within 2 business days to let you know if it's approved.
  3. Replacement ships to you: We'll ship your replacement within 2–3 business days and include a prepaid return label for the defective pair.

Replacements & discontinued styles

Approved claims are fulfilled with a replacement of the same style and color, subject to availability.

If your style has been discontinued or is out of stock, we'll issue store credit equal to the original purchase price so you can choose a replacement you love.
