Expedited shipping charges for orders that are delayed due to delivery service providers are not eligible for reimbursement by RIA. Please note that once the shipping carrier has picked up a package, we cannot adjust the service, intercept the package, or control when it arrives.

Are the lenses polarized or non-polarized?
Our racquet-sport lenses are not polarized as polarized lenses block horizontal glare - while this is useful for everyday wear, it can have a negative effect on your depth perception on the court. When you need to see the ball clearly to time your swing, a polarized lens will be an impediment. Regardless, all of our lenses are still 100% UVA/B protective.
I want to try these on, where can I do that?

I purchased my Vantage Transition HD+ eyewear due to an eye injury sustained during a pickleball match. I play both indoor and outdoor regularly, so I did not want to purchase both clear and colored lenses. RIA made it possible for me to have one pair that adapts to both indoor and outside play. These Ria glasses are great for pickleball indoors and outdoors. I never expected them to come to the rescue when I wasn't even playing, but that's what happened when a mishit ball at the kitchen line took a 90-degree turn at my face as I sat 6 or 8 feet off the court on the sideline. The ball hit me right between the eyes -- I can still recall the split second before it struck, when all I saw was a large, yellow orb. The Ria frame absorbed almost all the impact, without a mark; the only evidence of the hit was a quarter-inch diameter circular blemish on one lens, which was easily wiped away. Five days later the bridge of my nose is a little tender, but there's no other evidence that I took a hit -- no cut, no bruise. And there's no way I'll play without my Ria glasses.
