It's a solid spray that is compact and portable for on the go use. They help compensate for less than spotless microfiber cloths to bring your lenses back to clarity. Make sure to wipe off excess residue when you spray the lenses and frames to prevent excess moisture or unwanted drips / streaks mid game. I usually use the spray once per training session / match.
