A native of Medellin, Colombia, Nico Echavarria's journey in golf began at just two years old when his father and grandfather began taking him to the golf course. After graduating from the University of Arkansas in 2017, he began his pro career on the PGA Tour Latinoamérica, winning twice in 2018 and earning a spot on the Korn Ferry Tour. From there, Nico continued to rise through the ranks until he earned a coveted PGA Tour card for 2023 season. He has since made his mark at the highest level of the game, winning the Puerto Rican Open in 2023 and the ZOZO Championship in 2024.
Nico's drive for professional excellence on the PGA Tour and attention to detail when it comes to his game and the gear he uses make him a perfect fit for our team. We’re beyond excited to welcome him to the RIA Pro Team.
